Our club pages are the lifeblood of the BookMovement community--it is *your* book club selections that make up the influential (and essential) Top Club Picks List!
AND it makes sending reminders a breeze. Put the info in once, and we send out the reminders for you.
Our emails will have all the info you need--date you can quickly add to your calendar, book info (click on cover for book info), book buying button to Amazon, address, and any note you want to add.
Step 1: What's Your Book Club's Name?
Add a Photo, and (optional) description
To get to your club page, click on the book club name in the right hand column.
Then click "edit" next to your club's name. That will take you to the club info tab.
If your club doesn't have a name, just call it "Our Book Club." Or, if you want some inspiration, I keep a running list of Great Book Club names I see in our member list & update every month.
(Optional) Have a photo? Go ahead & Add it.
(Optional) Add a Club Description
Click Save.

Step 2: What's Your Club Reading Now? & When Are You Meeting Next?
On Your club page, click add meeting.
Just add the book you are reading & the date you are scheduled to meet--and click save.
(optional) adjust when you want members to receive reminders. (FYI your members can opt-out of receiving emails anytime.)

See how, in this example, I've selected Daphne to host.
You can always add the location later. When your members join, we'll ask them to add their address to their account info. Then you can select them from the drop down menu and their addresses will be automatically added to the address field. (You can just type over it if you are meeting somewhere else.) And then their address will be automatically added to the location of the meeting on the club page--and in the email reminders--which people can tap on with their smartphones to get a map!
Step 3: Invite Your Members so they can get reminder emails & The page can track their RSVP's
I've set up a pre-written email you can customize and send to your members.
Click on your member's tab. Then click add/invite members.
Add any additional info you want & hit send. We'll take care of all the club info they need to join.

You've now made your book club life a lot easier and become a part of the top club picks list.
Your members will receive a reminder email 7 days before the meeting, asking them to RSVP
When they do, you can see who RSVP'd and if they left a note.
