In the iPhone App
There are several ways to add your upcoming book selection:
1. Easiest Way: Tap on Blank Book Cover & Fill Out Form
Step 2: Fill Out Form & Click Save
Want to Send an Email Update to your Members now? If so, tap send; If not, the reminder will be sent 7 days before the book club date
On the Web:
1. On your club page, click add meeting & fill out the form
2. Add: Meeting Date (Required) & Book Selection & (if you know) the host.
The host field--on the web--is a drop-down menu of your members. If that member has added their street address to their account info, it will auto-populate in the address field of your meeting. (You can always edit or change it.)
You can also add a note.
Delivery Options
Your email reminders will be sent automatically 7 days & 1 Day before your book club. If you'd like to send a reminder at the time you schedule the meeting, check the "send reminder now" box.
